Inn at the Cove

The view from our room was amazing! Sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves was so relaxing. My only complaint was the mattress, it was not very comfortable.

What an awesome place to stay. They were able to accommodate our special request and the whole visit was great. The only thing that may have fallen a little short was the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay on the Central Coast. Spacious, comfortable room with a stunning view of the Pacific. Location is close to many good Pismo and Shell Beach restaurants + SLO town. Nice walking path along the coast that will take you to a cute children’s park in Shell Beach. Bathroom was ok; the walls/ceiling are not well insulated (if you’re on the bottom floor you’ll hear the people walking above). They have a policy about parking for one car per room only which is odd so be prepared for that. The continental breakfast was convenient but people get there early and eat up what’s available so keep that in mind too. One of the better hotels in the Pismo area, I come here several times a year for work and have stayed at many. I’d definitely stay here again if the price isn’t too outrageous.

Amazing views from our balcony. Very comfortable bed and linens. Nice details on room such as binoculars, throws, robes, etc made our stay more enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in great location close to restaurants downtown. In general great, lovely hotel with everything you need to relax.

It really is a lovely hotel, with great views of the water. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms look newly remodeled, our only issue was with the lack of any kind of insulation between rooms, especially from upstairs to down. We were unlucky enough to have a herd of elephants staying above us. I never called to complain because they settled down about 9:30pm, but apparently renewed their stampeding around 3 in the morning, just long enough to ruin our nights sleep.My recommendation would be to stay here only if you can get an upstairs room s at least you won't have to worry about noise from above.
