Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf

I had a friend who visited me lose her scarf in the hallway, and while I did see it when I went in the hallway, I didn't know it was my friends scarf, and I told the housecleaner there, and the housecleaning staff member was right there, when I pointed it out to . When I went down the elevator ti get my doorcards which didn't work twice redone, which was 3 minutes and I was back in the hallway, the housekeeper and the scarf were both gone. It never got to lost and found, it never got brought to the housecleaning department. I did later find out it was my friends and did say I was looking for it. I had to continuously call over the past week, and of course, the housekeeper does deny ever seeing it (lie) my friends scarf was (lost). Never found. No one knows anything...blah blah blah blah..the housekeeper took it end of story.

Nice place. Great location.

Overall excellent however it would have been nice if pull out bed had been made up and extra pillows supplied for it as we were booked as a family of 4 and only 1 pillow for double pull out bed. Kitchenette was great though.

Great stay.watched bruins game at night and walked city

Excellent situation for access to Downtown Boston and TD Gardens. Breakfast varied and staff very friendly. Highly recommend.
