Best Western Plus La Demeure

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, a little way out for walking to the sights. Excellent service from the staff. Very nice room for a family.

When i returned home i had lots of insect bites. I had none when i left. I have mentioned this to the Complaints line for Best Western

We loved this hotel, highly recommend. It had the feel of a boutique hotel and the junior suite was perfect for an adult and two teenagers, large rooms and the sofa bed in the living area allowed my son to have space to himself. The hotel was very quiet, no noise from other rooms at all, comfortable beds and good air conditioning – perfect! Very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Great hotel with friendly service and great staff. Good views of the Eiffel Tower. Locals shops for food and drinks. Finally really easy transport links into the central area (Metro no 7).

We stayed here for two nights and had a very positive experience. This hotel is a great value, well-located with good facilities. It's a 5 minute walk from the Gobelins metro station, 10-15 minute walk to the Ruse Mouffetard and Jardin de Luxembourg, and close to many excellent restaurants and cafes. The room was attractive, but quite small. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed, and it's a miracle how a toilet, sink and shower could fit into a 4'x5' bathroom! We were surprised with a terrace that had lovely views over Blvd St Marcel and the city. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't try breakfast, but you can easily get an inexpensive and tasty breakfast at the boulangeries within a block or two. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

The front desk staff at this hotel were top notch, the absolute best! We arrived before check in and they held onto our luggage. When we returned our luggage was already in the room for us. They made cab reservation and dinner reservations and suggested fantastic places to eat. The hotel was very clean, our room (junior suite) was perfect and the hotel location is fantastic. I’d give more than 5 stars for this hotel if I could.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Although the room is small, it was very stylishly decorated and modern! Cute French doors overlooking the street when you wake up! Originally booked this property as it said it overlooks the Latin quarter but it’s about a 25 minute walk to the main area of the Latin quarter as the hotel is technically in 13th Arrondissement. We loved the hotel but weren’t a fan of Paris so we wouldn’t return to the city personally. But no complaints about the hotel at all!

It was delightful stay at Best Western. Service was great. Especially the reception in front desk was so helpful and kind when we need some information around area. It is remodeled old building and a small room but was big enough for me and my wife. We.will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Wow what a really great experience! Sophie was amazing! She called and booked all seven of us for catacombs and dinner.Way beyond what was necessary. The hotel was very spacious for 4. bathroom was very nice.

The room was lovely however when we first arrived, there was a bag with cigarettes and ashes outside our door, there was no bag in the small bin in the bathroom and there were only two towels when we clearly stated we are 2 adults and 2 kids, so it seems as if the cleaner didn’t do her job. Also, I don’t think the floor was recently cleaned as my baby was crawling and you could see the filth and dirt on his clothes.
