Nathan Hotel

A pleasant stay. Room was always well kempt.

Stayed for a few days during the protests at the airport when our flights were cancelled. The staff were very understanding, received a complimentary upgrade, stored our luggage and allowed later check out, excellent motel & friendly staff, close to trains, shopping, night market & food, great value for money also.

I have stayed at the Nathan Hotel six times since 1997, and have never been disappointed! Rooms are nice and clean and modern, breakfast is great, and most importantly, the entire staff is fantastic. On my most recent trip, a #8 typhoon caused me to be hotel-bound for most of the day, but thankfully the wi-fi and TV made the experience more bearable. Will stay here again without question.

Friendly counter services from staff, able to give good advices. Hotel rooms were great which they ungraded us to bigger room. Cleanliness was fantastic.

PROS 1. Helpful and polite staffs, from the front desk to room cleaners 2. Big rooms, comfy beds and big bathroom (i stayed at platinum level so lounge access is included) CONS 1. There is only 2 lifts available which might be insufficient at times 2. Location of the hotel is between Jordan mrt & Yaumatei mrt stations (nearer to Jordan station). Might be a bit far to walk after a long day of travelling in HK 3. On the last 2 days of our stay, renovation of the bar located on the 15th floor commenced. The hotels.com should have updated their website on such matter as if I would have known renovation is in progress, I would have gladly book some other hotel
