Hotel Drei Kronen Vienna City

Nice hotel, close to everything, staff is very friendly.

Good location but very noisy because of markets and restaurants. No air conditioning and it got really hot at night. Luckily fans were available in the reception or it would have been very difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel was great; Vienna is a big city and Drei Kronen was close to the heart of it. The room we were in was top floor but elevator doesn't go that high. Room was small, too small for 2 adults and 1 infant, we were tripping over each other. Nice skylight window in ceiling, great views when you open it and look out over the Naschmarkt. Good thing skylight was there; ceiling was sloped in and made half the room too small to stand in. Fixtures in the room could have used some polish and maintenance. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful!

Good location, lots of food options. Close to subway n trams. Room was nice, clean but front desk service was outstanding

Nice small hotel in a good location, walking distance from many places. I got a really nice renovated room. The hotel staff is super friendly and very helpful. Last night we were leaving at around 4:30am to catch a very early flight, and the woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was super nice and prepared breakfast for us even when breakfast wasnt servced until 7am.
