Parking is said to be included, did not mention 14 euro a day extra, also the parking lot is a wreck leaves and trash all over the place, I assume a lot of what’s going on is because of COVID-19, staff was awesome and breakfast was great, rooms are pretty smalls and I made sure to get the “bigger” room since we had a child and dog with us. Very cramped in, next time in Frankfurt I will try and stay elsewhere.

I stayed here for 11 days and I really lijed it. Amazing staff. very friendly and helpful. I did not use the pool or other amenities due to the corona virus alerts. it was 10 min walk to the street cars and it takes you yo tge central main station “Haupbahn hof” which then you can almost go anywhere you want. Breakfast was really good too. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Good place for the price, however parking is expensive 15 euro per night, and no street parking available nearby.

We stayed there between flights for an overnight experience. It worked fine. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes from pick up to hotel. This is a convention hotel, but as far as we could tell, there were no major meetings going on while we were there. Out only problem was not knowing how to control the heat and one of the staff members came to the room to show us how to use the controller.

Super comfortable. A bit far out. I would definitely recommend getting a car. Be aware, though, that there is a $15 parking fee. The staff was excellent! Those of you taking the train in....it is a hike through woods to get there if you take the train closest to hotel. Pretty walk!

The hotel accommodations were as expected for the price. Parking was a steep price for the location. The shower/tub combo in the room was seriously lacking. The door only covered about a third of the opening and swiveled open so water just splashed everywhere and pooled near the toilet. We even tried showering on our knees to avoid it and nothing helped. When booking, be sure to choose the breakfast included because the daily charge for it separately is too high.

Good prices and services

A clean room with a large bathroom. The shower was loosely fitted to the wall, but worked ok. The view from the room was limited, but did not impact on our stay. Overall we were pleased with the hotel.
