Excellent service as always! Third time we stayed here and can’t wait to go back!

Airport was closed to international travel, could not get to Turks and Caicos. Hotel would not refund or give a credit. This is stealing!!! We've been here before never to return. Truly amazed that Expedia or the hotel would not work this out.

The property was beautiful. Plush w/greenery and flowers. Wait staff at the bar and restaurant on site (had breakfast there every day) were very friendly. The disappointment came from not knowing the room you book it not guaranteed. The “view” (ocean view, ocean front, etc.) is but not the bed. We ended up w/2 full beds instead of a queen. One was lopsided and both squeaked relentlessly with the slightest movement. We did have a beautiful view however we didn’t want to compromise when offered a difft room when we mentioned it to the front desk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The property was nice, but the rooms can use some serious renovations. The front desk STAFF was excellent, but the room could have been cleaner, and towels were not delivered as requested from the cleaning staff. I paid for an ocean view however I had to view thru the trees!

I would never recommend this hotel, they've been nothing but a nightmare! We were excited to come to Turks for the first time but I got sick during the coronavirus outbreak and had to postpone (not cancel!). Where every other hotel, airline, etc. is understanding and offering refunds or reschedules these people do not care. All I wanted was a credit so we could come another time and they wouldn't even do that after hours and hours of dealing with them. Beware of this hotel, would never recommend them to anyone! It's clear they don't care about making first time guests happy.

This was our third time at Royal West Indies and the resort never disappoints. We love the beautiful landscaping, the two pools (one quiet), and quick access to the beach!

The property is beautiful, but the staff was not very helpful, friendly or responsive. They must have a shortage of basic bath towels and wash cloths. I would not spend the money to stay here again.

I wish there was more sun chairs at the pools. The buffets were slight overpriced. The last night we attended a seafood buffet. If didn’t even have a salad included. We did enjoy the live music. Also some staff members were wonderful like our house keeper. Although some of the front desk personnel had an attitude and could have been more helpful. Also the bellman that helped us with our bags upon arrival was not happy and positive.

I would book again. This is a smaller property on Turks & Caicos, which I really liked since it felt more like a community. We traveled end of February 2020 - March 2020, there was no difficulty finding a beach chair which was one of my main concerns booking. The front desk folks were helpful with calling taxis and booking excursions for us too, which was nice. The restaurant on site is decent, taking advantage of the happy hour is a must! Room was decent and what was expected. Hot water didn't last long but was not a problem for us. Only odd thing is we killed at least 6 mosquitoes in the room we had (first floor) on the first day. Although it seemed that somebody might have left the door open while cleaning, thus the bugs.

Quiet location with exceptional customer service. Conveniently located on Grace Bay within walking distance to excursion/tour pick up.
