Candlewood Suites Cleveland-North Olmsted

It’s a Candlewood. You expect friendly staff, clean rooms and such. What you don’t expect is a staff member to drive your pills to your work when you forget them. THAT is customer service. I’ve stayed here before for work - and because of them going above and beyond, it will be my hotel of choice anytime I have to be in the Cleveland area.

Rooms are nice, just don’t get one above the smoking area unless you smoke, we had to change rooms. Very comfy bed. We stayed three days and room service never came, which was strange, maybe that’s why it’s so cheap.

It serve the purpose for what I needed it for… A nice one night stay.

Anytime I'm in Cleveland I stay at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, pet friendly and the staff is great.

only negative thing I have to say is our room was adjacent to the hotel laundry/employee break room and it was very loud. A bunch of banging and noises from the laundry, other side of wall from the bed
