La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

Room was not what i expected. It wasnt clean at all. The bathroom has mold. Another thing i didnt like was that i killed at lease 8 crickets in the 2 days i stayed there...

I saw that this hotel had decent ratings, but I wish I had looked at Yelp also. This hotel was disgusting. Dead crickets were all over the place. The walls are super thin. The rooms are musty and humid. The second room I had to move to had blood splatter in the couch. It melts like urine when you walk in the door. I will never stay here again. I wish I could get my money back. The only positive is that the staff are nice. Do not stay in this hotel.

They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We left behind a device in the room after check out and what to fly out in a short time that they dropped it off at the airport

Room could be cleaner

Average hotel. Not the best location and we had to drag our bags from the car park. Entry area only for buses or so we were told by reception. The staff were polite and helpful.
