Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville

Great location. Restaurants very nearby. The staff was excellent.

The check in person was very polite and informative. The hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. Our room had just been updated and was told by front desk person that we were the first ones to stay in this room since it had been updated. Room was very nice and clean. The property is also convenient to many restaurants and retail shops. Also their breakfast buffet was great ! Would definitely stay there again !!

Newly refurbished and very nice. Our Pom’s were in great condition each day we returned and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff at breakfast were great.

Front desk service was amazing. Room was in excellent condition. Breakfast service personnels were helpful, very friendly, and kind. Indoor pool setting is not user friendly. It is not attached to the main building. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any one. Especially for the front desk customer service experience I had.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the holiday in express in Greenville. The check-in attendant was very friendly and accommodating and he was able to accommodate me for an early check-in which was very nice of him and he was very helpful with registering me with the member rewards program

Quick and easy check in and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. About the only bad thing I could about ur stay, is about the pool area. You have to briefly step outside to get to the pool. The temps were pretty cool when we went, so after swimming, its pretty chilly stepping between doors. My daughter did cut her toe on a rough spot on the bottom of the pool, which was rather painful for a day, while she was competing at a gymnastics meet, but I would still stay here again.

The sheets on the pull-out bed had not been changed since the last guests were there. I did not notice until after my kids had climbed on the bed that there was a stain that appeared to be bodily fluids on top of the comforter. When we notified the front desk that the sheets were soiled, they sent someone up with a new set of sheets. The person dropping off the sheets had to be asked to remove the soiled sheets for us. We were informed it was just something that happens since the maids don't check that bed when cleaning the rooms. Only a new comforter cover was given to us, not a new comforter. Thankfully, I had a blanket my daughter could use cause we were not going to put the original comforter back on her bed. There was no further attempt to apologize about the situation or see if there was anything they could do to make it better for us. After that, I didn't trust that anything was cleaned. The WiFi signal was so poor that we were not able to access the internet in our room. The breakfast was good in the morning and the main areas of the hotel seemed to be in good shape. I would never stay at this hotel again.
