I stayed there because I had no power at home. The main issue I had was it got too hot in the room at times. But otherwise I thought the experience was good.

Good stay, but staff needs to properly wear masks

The lobby smells like cigarettes; however, the room I had was on the first floor, non-smoking, and was unaffected by the lobby smoke smell. The room was clean and appeared to be wiped down well and the sheets were changed. I did find a couple little hairs in the shower, and the hairdryer was not cleaned on the outside. Those were the only things, and the room itself was comfortable and pleasant. The only complaints I have are of the individual that checked me in, who wore a mask but had it pulled down on his face, under his nose (rendering the mask useless essentially). I came across one other staff member, who correctly had her masked placed and offered me assistance, and was friendly which I appreciated. I came to stay right around Thanksgiving, and a note was put under my door that cleaning services would not be happening. Which was fine, but I did not receive notice of this until the night before Thanksgiving, and would’ve been nice to know this when booking. Lastly, I could not find the hours of breakfast. Each morning when I went out to get some, it was already gone/put away. My stay overall was friendly and comfortable. I would advise that ALL staff wear masks properly and are monitored to make guests feel safer about staying due to COVID. Other than that, I really loved the smell of the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars. My room was cleaned well overall.

Good place

They were very accommodative an nice . Only complaint we had was couldnt get music channel's or pause it but otherwise was very nice comfortable many amenities,local conveniences a. Good pricing.

Rooms were clean. Carpet could be replaced. Hotel was quieter than expected being homecoming weekend. Would definitely use again.

OK. Good price for a room. Little old but clean. Breakfast was good. Did need darkening curtains in the room. The back parking lot light shined in my room all night

Third party reservation clients are assigned very poor rooms in a bank of rooms on the first floor. The lock on the first room occasionally worked and we requested a different room which was adjacent

t was clean and safe

The pool was closed, I was given a lager room as compensation. The room was in the 2nd floor, the elevator 2nd floor button was broken. Plus the whole floor smelled like smoke. We went to the 3 rd floor came down to the 2nd the 3rd smelled better. Came down for breakfast only had blueberry muffins that taste like medicine so I changed our budget to add breakfast
