Extended Stay America Laredo - Del Mar

Very nice appearance, but the walls are very thin. I couldn’t get any sleep.

Hotel staff was beyond rude. Hotel is run down and beds are rock hard. Safe yourself some hassle and just stay elsewhere.

Very disappointed, very poor service, ac very noisy, first and las time staying

This trip has been crazy for check in. No one again working the desk. Maybe it is because the hotels are cutting staff because of the lack of travelers and their new jobs require them to be away from the desk. Asked for dishes and didn't even get a cup for my tea so I am drinking hot tea in a glass. It works!! They updated this room and it is much better. No space in bathroom for personal items. They need a shelf or something.

I was for 2 nights and I loved it , clean and safe and very affordable price! I recommend it

I always stay there, But I did really like that particular room # 202. I think next time I am going to be requesting it :)

The carpet on my room is not properly cleaned, looks like somebody threw up on it.

It was absolutely good except that I had requested a queen bed and As it turns out I got a double bed room, just wanted to point that out.

This hotel is a little outdated and needs to be renovated. It also had a slight oder. I stayed a totally of three nights and you could tell they were low on towels. Not sure if I would stay here again, but it wasn’t horrible.... I guess.

Everything was good, will consider this hotel for next tome
