Perfect location. Very clean, quiet place with very very friendly staff

Not quite sure how this place is a 4 star hotel, rooms are small, the location is terrible and service was not good

I’ve stayed here on several occasions over the years because I’ve felt that it was a cut above other similarly priced hotels near the Baunhof. However, given my last stay here, it is obvious that this is not the case and that the hotel is slipping. The wood floor in our room needed resurfacing because it appeared very worn and dirty. The toilet seat was loose and shifted when sat upon. The black of the ultra tiny bathroom sink appeared dirty even after being wiped down. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was small, but acceptable.
