Train station disaster
I checked into my room and to my surprise my view was looking at me the train station tower hill right in my face. I had to close my blinds because everyone at the train station sees directly into my room. No sunshine any time in my room. I asked for a new room and was no. They did not even try to accommodate me, Not very nice by the manager.. The only thing good about the stay was the location. The food in hotel was just average. Small portions. Housekeeping was horrible. The front desk was very inexperienced as well as the staff in the kitchen. very unprofessional. I stay all over the world in many hotels. I see no reason why I would ever come back there and give them my money. Choose another hotel.
