Bed bugs
I visit Aspen once a year for skiing. In this hotel I was eaten alive by bed bugs. The staff were accommodating and moved me to a new room immediately but the damage had already been done. I left early. It would have been nice of them to offer a refund or follow up w me after moving me but that did not happen. Also the beds were lumpy and the pictures in the profile make it look a lot less dilapidated than it actually is. This hotel was a major disappointment. I will never stay here again.

Location was great! Accessible to everything. I love everything about it except for the bed linens, there were stains found on the blanket and pillowcase ☹️

This hotel is old and shabbily updated. The In room AC is an older window unit with a plug in cord stapled to the wall running to an outlet. At this time there was no onsite personnel on duty for check in or service. Location is OK for Aspen but noisy on the main road into town. The star rating on this hotel is suspect. Only deserves “2” stars.

Comfortable, roomy, and convenient
Comfortable, roomy, and conveniently located. It’s an older complex, as most places in Aspen are, but it’s updated and feels homey. I enjoyed having a balcony to sip my morning coffee. A good, basic place to stay.

When we arrived there was no one here to greet us we had a punch in a code to get an envelope found that none of the amenities except the pool was open but the rest of the stuff was shut down and it didn’t say that in the ad when I was booking this room most expensive room that we booked on our trip so far and I don’t think it was really that good

A quiet retro hotel in ritzy Aspen
A great location, close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We had issues with the WiFi, but management was very attentive and issued a generous credit for our inconvenience.
