We had a great experience, but we did not know that our room that we had got was not an all inclusive. Besides that everything was really amazing!

The most courteous and helpful staff we’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. We had a splendid ocean view and balcony. The cleaning lady was happy to comply with our request for a specific time each day. She was also excellent. The pool staff were sencond to none with their towel and lounger service as were the drinks staff. The whole place was spotless and we felt very secure. I would highly recommend this Boutique Hotel for a romantic adults only stay.

Fabulous Property.. Staff...Services & Location!!! This boutique hotel deserves 5 Stars. Greetings from Maria when walking into the lobby is like seeing an old friend. The Bell staff remember you from last year. The pool bar remembers your drink & favorite lunch. We have been visiting VP for manny years, it’s our winter “go to spot.” We travel the world not to go back to same locations often.. but villa premiere in PV is our exception.
