Comfortable apartment, ground floor, inside an historicasl building in Catania. Very close both to the sea and to the historical center of Catania , near the train station and subway, it is perfect to easily reach other typical places in Sicily. All our apartments , as towels and sheets, are cleaned and disinfected every new arrival to garantee the best safety environment to our guests.
the apartment is furnished with several unique elements and it is very comfortable .There is a first entrance room where you will find a comfortable sofa bed, Tv (with Prime video and digital Tv) and a dining area.. After the internal door you will find the second room: a comfortable double bed , the kitchen and after a large corridor there is the bathroom. Then a laundry with a washing machine. At the end of the corridor there is a door to access the inner courtyard where you will find a table, the flower boxes , great space to smoke a cigarette or have lunch in the open air. All this makes the apartment ideal for accommodating up to 2 couples, or 4 friends or a family with children. Several items, such as a washing machine or inner courtyard make it habitable even for longer periods, always in an an elegant and sophisticated envirnment.
The apartment has its own entrance from via d'amico. You will easily find a car park along the street or a security parking nearby.
A few steps from the apartment there is the core of the nightlife of Catania:
1)you can reach via Etnea ,the main street of the city, full of street food shops, cafes , and also full of people walking.
2)you can go to the port, where you can find several places in order to drink, listen to music , even live music, and make friends.
3)you can visit all the clubs of the historical center and the square of the famous Theatre Bellini, a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, karaoke, amusement arcades and discos.
4) you can go to the seaside and walk enjoying both the view and the delicious food of all the different cafes of the seafront.
