The only factors i liked about the place was the location which offers free parking on location. I loved the layout of the room. Everything else was unlikeable. I tried to checkout the next day and no one was available to speak to. The doors on the outside never was locked. Garbage stayed outside during my stay. Was never informed that this was a pet friendly hotel which I should have been notified since I have severe allergies. The bed linen was dirty and when I reported this the desk clerk had an attitude and handed me some balled up sheets. Never saw her again after I checked in. Tried calling the number listed and voicemail was full. For two days people was on premises upset over paying for a room and no one was there in the office. This was a horrible vocation due to this place. I demand to be compensated for this trip. I would NEVER recommend this place at all.

The front desk staff was extremely polite. Unfortunately, they were about to shut the front desk counter down (at 6pm). If I needed assistance, I had to inform the sister hotel across from them. The room appeared to be tidy until I had to use the kitchen sink. It was stopped up, consisted of backed up residue and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Other than these issues, the rooms were tidy. It was a 2 bedroom suite with 1 blanket. It served it's purpose for my 1 night stay. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to check in early, bring cleaning supplies, and your own eating utensils.

I didn’t get to stay here. At the last minute they switched me to a sister hotel across the street which was the Marriott but that was a terrible hotel and it was not very clean and not a good view and not very attentive front desk operator. The toilet was stopped up and there was construction that needed to be done on my floor. Would not stay here again. And pine bush said that was a upgrade but it wasn’t.

Excellent stay. Family stay. Perfect location, near everything you need!!

I was so excited to book my room because of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the entire place was dirty. I had to go to another hotel just to get my key as well as return it. The staff doesn't stick around after six, nor do they operate on Saturdays. There were spider webs in the corners. The smoke detector was laying in the middle of the floor when I got there. Even though my reservation was for three people, I only received towels for two. There wasn't any linen for the pull out sofa for my daughter. There was items to make coffee with no coffee maker. Although they advertised continental breakfast, the area stayed locked and when I asked about breakfast I was informed that there was a Duncan Doughnuts down the block. The hallway carpets were filthy, as well as the stairways. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it.

The bathroom tub water would not go down , upon arrive the smoke detectors in each room were off the ceiling (hazard) my ac was broken and calling for assistance I was told there was no body supervising the hotel from 5pm -12am my issues and concerns was never resolved .
