Fairfield Inn by Marriott Albany University Area

The Room wasn’t clean and the sheets have blood Stan on it usually there is four pillows on the bed this time it was only 2 pillows I didn’t like it specifically seeing blood Stan in the bed sheets

Easy to book. The rooms was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Loved the big screen tv.

Very comfortable stay and a great shower bath to get you refreshed after a long drive. You should call in if you are going to be arriving after midnight.

The lady at check-in could not tell me what was around there to eat since I was out of town. She couldn't tell me what the price was for incidentals. Maybe more training. If I could remember correctly the hotel is smoke free, but my room smelt like a stale cigarette. It was room 128.

There is a light switching , no chairs or tables ..

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The first room we had was perfect except for the fact that the tv wouldn’t turn on. They helped us right away by changing the room which was great but the first room was nicer,Cleaner. Not that second room was filthy but first room smelt clean and looked brand new. We didn’t say anything about the second room bc we were only there for an overnight if we were there for more than a night we probably would have asked to change rooms. The room had a slight odor when we first walked in. The bathroom- I think had or j hope had alittle cleaner on the back of the toilet seat and their was something on the top of one of the comforters looked like a mark of a drink or chocolate??? I put comforter on floor and cleaned toilet seat so for one night made it work not to change rooms. I wish they would have sent some one to try and fix the tv in the other room but it was ok there appeared to be a lot of construction going on. But we would try to stay here again

All good....nice breakfast in this environment.... Construction and associated dust only issue...

No comment, my stay was a decent stay. I would stay again.

Not clean, no amenities, unfriendly staff.
