Springhill Suites By Marriott Overland Park

They were very friendly and understanding. Had a meeting get bumped to later afternoon due to weather and they made accommodations for us to stay and not kick us out. Will definately make this our place for KC!!!

The room was very nice and comfortable. I was solo, but the layout would have afforded privacy with a small wall dividing 'living' space from bedroom. The breakfast was standard, eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, but it was good. My only disappointment was in the pool. It was very small - too small to actually swim- and cloudy.

The suite was comfortable for our family of 5. Staff was friendly. Lots of movie channels. In door pool was just so so. Way over chlorinated... the water was foggy and the smell was very strong. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Although I prepaid for the room for December 29th and 30th, at checkin they charged me $180 plus the $40 incidental fee. As of January 4th, they still have not refunded those fees!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The problem was that you can hear everything around you. We were woke up every morning by the people showering next door. We could hear every time they flushed the toilet, turned on the water or the hairdryer. It’s sad that this is not in anyone’s control, but unfortunately we would not stay again.
