Travelodge by Wyndham Downtown Chicago

I have stayed here before, but I don't remember it being so noisy in my room, so maybe it depends on which side of the building you are on. There was loud noise from outside the hotel, street and "L" in particular. The pillows were pathetically thin and the blanket was not very warm. Overall the room was not very nice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice staff, clean room, convenient location! Only drawback was the L is right outside and quite loud. I bought earplugs and was able to sleep well.

The stay was good. Staff at reception in the night were very friendly. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness. The carpets look tired. The dispensing machine was broken. Such machines should be fixed ASAP in hotels.

Old but clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The train is near by and loud and pretty much anything going on outside can be heard easily through the window/walls. Not terrible but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Hotel definitley dated and in need of upgrades. The heating unit alos loud. But staff was great, and for the small $ I paid relative to other hotel prices in the neighborhood I can't complain tooo much.
