Ramada Cancun City

This hotel has one of the most hospitable and wonderful staff. Thay make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The area is also loaded with stores if you enjoy shopping.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from main bus terminal, some reasonable restaurants nearby. However, ask for a room that does not overlook the pool, there is significant loud music in the pool area, (even when nobody is at the poolside); this makes an afternoon nap, or an early bed time difficult without ear plugs. I thought a hotel would want you to have a restful stay....how does loud music from mid afternoon through into the evening, make this possible? Last year I had a city view room, so was not aware of these issues until I was allocated a pool view room this year.

The hotel was nice but the location was bad because the bar from the front had music all night and that didn’t let us sleep.

It was nice place to saty

For maintenance, they send me to another hotel that was so far from the center of the city. The worst was that I left a dress in that hotel, and they don’t have any notice about it.
