Courtyard Marriott Greenville - Greenville

We attended our niece's graduation from ECU. This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. The location was great with lots of restaurant choices. We will definitely stay here again.

Price was a little high, but you get what you pay for and all accommodations were excellent.

Everything was clean and comfy. Staff for the most part was so nice and friendly. There was only one issue of Marriott's website claiming "coffee and tea service in-room" but there were no tea bags in the room, only coffee. When my daughter went down to the front desk to ask for tea bags, the guy at the front desk was gonna give them to us and the female told him we had to pay for them and made her sign for them to be charged to the room. Luckily, when we addressed this with a manager in the morning, he wiped the charges off of the bill, but said they don't normally offer tea in the rooms. My only complaint is that Marriott either needs to make the tea available or to change that amenity on their website.

Stayed the night prior to surgery...perfect location. Quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Would stay again.

Colorful decor, comfortable room, plenty of towels...in-room coffee maker was nice. Convenient location not far from ECU for visiting parents.
