I liked that I could open the windows all the way in the room and that there were no screens. The view was wonderful, but the room was small. I'd recommend the hotel consider adding a coffee/tea maker to the room and possibly a few more hooks to hang items.

Feels a bit empty and low on staff but that’s what COVID does Takes the romance out of traveling Santa Fe is charming but also not active, good time to visit and support

Really lovely hotel in a great spot. Life during COVID is weird so there was no option to order off room service on Monday and it wasn't clear to us how to order from the beautiful Secreto bar on Tuesday - would have been nice to know if we went to their steakhouse, we could have ordered drinks from that bar. The room could do with a bit of attention, especially during these not terribly busy times. One side of the lights didn't work bc it came unplugged from the outlet which was impossible to reach as it was behind the bed headboard out of arm's reach. Tub stopper didn't close all the way so no way to enjoy an actual bath in the tub. Should be more obvious you can request a coffee machine brought to your room if they can't leave it there during COVID. Also, someone was outside with a leaf blower at 5:30am each morning! Bring earplugs! But, really gorgeous lobby and porch and a very pleasant stay.

Not worth the price
For what I paid I did not feel I got my money’s worth. The location is great but there are no amenities being offered other than the tasting room which closes at 7pm.

Felt like the Center of Santa Fe but wasn’t crowded this Fall. Good eating nearby in walking distance. Tons of shops around. Farmers market was a vegetable and baked goods frenzy!

Beautiful Place!
We had a quick hit stay on our way home from Colorado - such a great stay at your beautiful place! We really wished we could've stayed longer. Loved the decor and location. We also loved that we could bring our dogs with us! Just an all around great stay!

Prior to my stay, the hotel staff got in touch on numerous occasions to insure a successful stay. Made me feel and though things were a bit odd with covid limitations, the staff was accommodating. They checked me into a room but when I got there I was locked out, there was miscommunication with housekeeping so they gave me another room. The bed was super comfy but the room was painfully small. Travelling alone made it okay but with a second person it would have been too cramped. I was also surprised by a $25+ daily resort fee.
