It seemed that it started real good, but we saw a stain on the bed spread. They didn't have any more of those so we were switched to another room. The next room, i noticed a huge food substance, like an eggroll, on the back of the TV cabinet:i didn't want another change of room so they vacuumed it. Towels had stains like if they don't wash them effectively. To top it all, on our checking out date, the elevators weren't working. The management certainly messed up big time! After my wife and i complained , they said they will give credit compensation for a day's stay in any of their hotels. I'm still waiting for the credits, so I'll update you all.
