Courtyard by Marriott Chesapeake

We were promised a roll away bed but received a couch hide a bed that was extremely uncomfortable. The occupant was barely able to sleep. The other travellers were already asleep so she didn’t call the desk for a tool away

When I arrived, the lady that checked me in , look like she just gotten out of bed. Her hair was not done, they do make wigs for everyone. She had on a regular T-Shirt with a name tag. She was just sloppy and nasty looking. It not a good look for the Marriott. She must change her appearance in this type of business.

Was overall a pleasant stay, fast check in, spacious rooms, could always be cleaner with attention to detail, but clean enough. Could offer free breakfast like most hotels is my only complaint.

Great room- great service!

It was a short trip, so the stay was good for the one night stay
