Cheap and being refreshed.

The room was clean and was fine. The hallway was clean. The first floor looked fresh. I think they are remodeling elsewhere. The lobby was pretty dingy. Several seedy people hanging around but nobody bothered me at all. Most of them might have been doing the rehab of tbe hotel. Also, outside it was very trashy.

Won’t stay here again

The hotel was run down and the safety lock to my door was broken and the water wouldn’t shut off. Ended up going to a different hotel. Hard to find a nice hotel in Louisville.

The room was dirty, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was completely broken off. Food was still left in the refrigerator, trash still in the trash can. Hair in the juccuzi tub and shower. Dark smears of dirt on the walls The manager was very nice and delusional he smiled at every complaint and offered a new room but when another lady walked up on her 2nd room being messed up it was a wrap from there for me. Not to mention if you were in the need for any control substances this was the spot. They have it all just a walk outside ur door (no lie). (Sips tea). The night was over for me before the sun came up. Thx for the refund!!!!! Moral of the story just pay the extra $$$ for another place. #peaceout

They have crackheads walking around

This place said it was smoking free but the hallway smell like weed and my bed sheets had cigarette holes in them and i don't smoke

Want my money back

Absolutely disgusting. When we walked in to the lobby it smelt so strong of smoke. I asked the desk employee if our rooms were non-smoking and he assured they were. When we entered our rooms (2) they smelt of marijuana, paint patches on wall everything, smoke detectors ripped off wall & missing, graffiti drawn on the refrigerator & stains on the bed sheets. Never again will we stay here! When we wanted to ask for our money back conveniently the manager was “not available”. Very dissatisfied.

Awful

Do not book this hotel. There were stains on everything. Our bedsheets were dirty and so was the freezer. We were moved to another room and it was worse than the first one.

Paint was chipping off the wall and ceiling, the picture frame was broken, tissue box had fallen out of the wall, paper thin walls (could hear everything our neighbor said). Not great...
