Hotel Santa Fe

Room was ok only, small. Water for shower had a control limiter which did not allow for much hot water, was warm only. Could hear people above you and car noise from streets. The best thing about the hotel was the bar in the lobby with a wood burning fireplace and good selection of drinks. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was easier than expected considering i requested an early check in. Staff is courteous and willing to go out of there way to accommodate. The lot is secured and choice parking is availanle per permit. Rooms are comfortable with a southwestern style. (See photos) A major pro was the fact the room temperature stayed consistently enjoyable. Toiletries are top notch as well as linens. If you are a fan of feather down, this is the place! If not, request a slip cover(those things are pokey) Did not get to experience the amenities available or offered. Cons, aside from a comfortable room, the room lacked style. Basic placements of furniture. Gave a twist of style (hope they did not mind😬) (see photos) The bathroom showerhead was great aside from the leak around the neck base. A gasket would have done the trick. It was managable. The walls could use a little more soundproofing. Constent in and out of hall doors can easily be heard. Be sure to leave before noon to avoid a hefty fee. Overall, i would give the hotel another whirl. Definently will pay extra for a bigger better room. Due to Covid, a lot of restrictions have been lifted, but a few major still apply.

This is our second stay at Hotel Santa Fe and we loved it both times. Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location in the city. Free on site parking. Great restaurant for in person dinning or room service. Excellent service. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so friendly. We were sorry we were only staying one night.

Great hotel and service. Always a pleasure staying here. The only complaint I can come up with is they should upgrade their mattresses.

Overall fair, could use a little updating and the service could have been a lot better considering we were there at such a slow time.

I realize that my visit to Hotel Santa Fe was during the pandemic (Feb 2021), but it was sad to see the hotel looking rather shabby and in need of upgrades. The carpet in my room was badly worn and stained, and the room was just standard in my opinion. I also was charged an extra $300 in error, which I am still trying to resolve through my bank. Won't be visiting again.

Confusion on check-in. Signage poor, Reservation could not be found initially. Room smaller than expected. No free breakfast and everything offered was priced over $10. Room clean. Beds good.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We thought we forgot something in our room after getting on the road and called the front desk and they took care of the issue promptly and happily. We will always stay there when in Santa Fe
