Best hotel in Reno
I live on the road, due to work and the Jesse is one of my top three favorite hotels ever. Definitely a hidden gem.

Beyond happy
Absolutely stunning interior. So cute and quaint. Bar was fabulous and the tacos were wonderful! Extremely happy with our stay. Morning coffee at the bar was delicious. My husband and I are still talking about it. 10/10 would recommend. Only little side note is that the street was super loud outside. Otherwise, we will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff. Very clean, modern room. Getting the SMART TV to work was a little tricky. Parking lot on site looked sketchy at first, but was actually very safe and secure. I would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderfully designed small hotel. Really ideally located at walking distance from Reno downtown & midtown. Ambiance of the Jesse is modern & friendly. Staff really helpful.

Excellent customer service.
Very nice place. The room was very sleek, updated. Comfortable bed. Pepper was extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly. There are many homeless people around, seemed true of most of the city where we visited, but we did not have issues with any of them. Did not feel unsafe. Nice bar patio.

We will be back...
My husband and I needed a getaway after being cooped up in our apartment for months. We decided a ride trip. We ended up selecting Jesse cause it was a small boutique style hotel, which meant less people we would encounter in the halls. This hotel not only lived up to the cleanliness, the staff was superb, the restaurant attached was AMAZING! We will definitely go back, as that will be our new Reno location. Congrats to Pipper, she has an amazing place and an amazing staff

Great Anniversary getaway!
Amazing building with beautiful details that added to the comfort and coziness of our trip! Rooms spacious with high ceilings and we loved the brick walls. The bathroom is modern and high class and the robes that are provided are great! Only negative is that there can be some homeless walking around outside at night so lock up your car and set the alarm. Host was amazing! We will definitely be coming back again and again!

We loved everything about The Jesse! The staff couldn't be friendlier, the bar and tacos were just the best, everything as beautifully designed not just for aesthetics but also comfort, and the location was fantastic. We're so excited we found this place and that they are so dog friendly and easy! Can't wait to be back.
