My trip consisted of a four night stay in which my shower had zero water pressure and I was unable to flush my toilet. I contacted the front desk about this issue multiple times and to their credit they did send someone up but they were never able to fix the problem. At no point did they offer me a new room or any other type of amenity as an apology for the unacceptable nature of the room. Upon leaving, the front desk asked how my stay was in a completely route way. I said my bathroom was never functional so you can imagine this wasn’t a pleasant stay. She wasn’t even listening lol - she just is programmed to ask that question.

Hotel is beautiful but the operations let it all down. Common areas were dirty - we ate in the lobby and no one was cleaning the tables so food was left for over an hour before we asked someone to clean the tables around us. Coffee was all over the floor. Just not good enough for this level of hotel. Room was clean but bed linens were simple and not at all luxurious. Pool was great, although much smaller than photos represented. Pool staff were excellent and so was the food/drink quality. Husband went for a massage and the therapist wasn’t there on time, rushed the entire thing. I feel this hotel was once a great experience (beautiful design) but current management is pulling it down.

The valet service is great; rooms are clean. The front desk service is lacking (I asked for the return of my laptop/phone charger 2x+ and was told that security was being contacted; never heard from security & never got a final answer from the front desk).

I went to san diego and when i came back ghey cancelled mu room that was prepaid for 8 nights and this happened in mu second night the person at the front desk nane james was very mean and arrogant

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are great, location is perfect.
