Its a good hotel in good location but service at counter wasn’t the best neither the room conditions needs update.

The hotel is near metro station. Is clean and the room was very clean. I did not like the way receptionist talked to me. The receptionist must be polite and smiling. If the clients do not know to speak German they have to speak to them in English. If you are working in hotels you have to accept the fact that your clients DO NOT SPEAK GERMAN . They are foreigners.

Good, safe and decent place to stay in Frankfurt.
Good, safe and decent place to stay in with family. Reception was friendly. Room is clean. Location is around 3 tram stops from Central station.

Unfriendly people in the reception desk
It was somehow an ok experience. The first room they gave us was not clean. The toilet was smelling. We had to ask for a new room. Fortunately, they gave us another room. The reception was very unfriendly to us. We had been to several 4-5 star hotels before over last ten years. We never encountered such cold people working in the hotel front-desk.
