Hotel was nice, room was large and service was great. Choice of restaurants, and spa was lovely. But hotel felt a little dated

The hotel is nice and the service is ok. Areas for improvements: - the receptionists need more learn and skills. I was gonna pay twice because of the lack of knowledge. - Floor manager: it was good that you asked about my stay, but it was not nice to tell me to rate you with 5 stars ( unprofessional)

I wouldn’t stay here again. Lack of facilities, lack of customer service . Didn’t enjoy my stay and wouldn’t stay here again. The room had damp smell, basic amenities like dental kit, iron weren’t provided . I had to ask a few times and the staff (some of them ) are quite rude . I had to politely request for the concierge three times to come and help me with luggage and had to wait 45 minutes yet no one turned up. The staff at the breakfast buffet in the morning lack great customer service but the manager is amazing . The staff would let you float around and wouldn’t bother asking you for tea/ coffee or anything . You have to catch their eye or attention to ask for anything. Over all this place has lost its charm and I wouldn’t go back to stay. Loved my stay at the Trident and that’s where I’d want to come back again. This hotel lacks the 5 star hotel charm and lacks good customer service !

Good location, friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept. Enjoyed my stay, staff super helpful. Only thing is that too many rules for the pool, can’t get in if you have a T-shirt on or don’t have a bathing suite.
