Decent budget hotel
Upon arrival I checked in and the lady at the counter was nice and helpful. When we got to our room we noticed a bunch of curly hair all scattered around the bathroom floor. I didn't want to get into detail on what kind of hair it was. I grossed myself out thinking about it. The toilet plugged up really easy. It was really embarrassing to ask for it to get fixed. The pool and hot tub was nice the first day. The second day they emptied the hot tub and refilled it so the water was really cold. But it's good to know it gets done. Over all the trip was Mediocre

The good didn't make up for the bad.
We are locals ans booked a double room for my son's birthday. One of the tvs wouldn't work, and they didnt have another double room available. My husband and I took the room with the broken tv and we were upset that the clerk didn't offer us anything at all to make up for it.I feel like I paid 200 dollars for a very boring stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was very delicious with an amazingly surprising wide selection.

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. And the beds were nice and comfy. The only less than ideal component was the water pressure in the shower. Tough to rinse out shampoo when the water just dribbles.

Check in staff was in training and the other person was not super friendly. My family got stuck in the elevator and no one new what to do.

Nice room for the Money
Just needed a room for the night after attending a wedding in Allegan. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Location was easy to get to right off of 131.
