Horrible. This place is under construction/renovation. The doors were wide open, all the windows were open all night. Construction materials, both new and old carpeting and cabinetry, were packed in the halls. Construction workers coming and going all hours. The pool and all the furniture were completely unusable. The coffee was good! Can’t believe this hotel warrants the la Quinta name.
The place was a dump! Based on the reviews I expected it to be decent, but it was a little creepy to walk down dimly lit hallways and see trash, broken toilets and holes in the ceiling with insulation falling out. Maybe they were doing some renovations or something, but the halls they were working on should have been screened from view or corded off. Even the room they gave me, although appearing to be clean, was very run down.

They decided to put me in a room where they are doing renovations. Needless to say they start at 8am hammering and yelling alomg with loud music. Couldnt believe in such a big hotel they would let people start so early or even tell the guests about the renovations.
Hotel needs a renovation. Carpet very grundgy bathtub stains. Was disappointed not what I am used to seeing at a La Quinta hotel.
Reserved King bed room; but room key did not work so was moved to two full; not what I wanted. No hot water in bathroom sink, hallway ceiling just outside our room was falling onto floor.
We just needed a nice place to get a good nights sleep and thought it would be a nice place to stay for the night...NOT! The staff was friendly. The hallways were dirty and smelly! When we got up to our room, we couldn’t get into our room. We tried several times, then called the front desk and told them our key card wasn’t working. They brought another key card and it didn’t work...found out it was the lock that didn’t work. They gave us another room. The room room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The tub was dirty. The carpet was filthy. There was an empty Jack Daniels bottle under one of the beds and lint and dust under both beds. We got up early, washed up at the sink, got dressed and checked out way before check-out time. They didn’t give a refund or even a discount. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend that place to anyone. I suggest that they tear that place down and rebuild it! I rated it a triple -0!
The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet handle was broke making the use of it impossible. The hallway ceiling was open for repairs. Two doors down from us there was a group of about 20 people no mask and certainly not social distancing on such a small area. I've stayed at laquinta before and been quite satisfied. This place made it so I will never stay at one again.
We have stayed at this property in the past with a great experience. This stay, the service seems to be declining. The common areas and hallways were dirty and needed vacuuming badly. It appears some remodeling was being done on the property and could be the reason. We extended our stay late one morning and housekeeping didn't seem to get the message that the room was still occupied. On at least 3 occasion, staff walked in or attempted to walk in our room without knocking. All three claimed the room was listed as vacant. The staff was, however, very polite and attentive.
