The Andy

It’s absolutely stunning. Service was great, good location too. My favorite part were the common areas and the beer!

Charming new hotel, in a perfect location for walking to the old city. The staff on the front desk and in the kitchen were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for us, and eager to help us make reservations for an out-of-town trip to see the missions. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, with efficient air-conditioning, tv etc . Hot water ran a little slowly, but always came through. Modern art, especially Warhol, livens upon the lobby. I will return and encourage friends to stay here.

Loved the design of the hotel, cool art everywhere. The rooms are big and comfortable, very clean, shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. Staff is very friendly!

The Andy is located in the Centro District, which makes it very convenient for exploring Queretaro on foot. The hotel was very clean, well appointed and the staff was terrific. Breakfast was included with the room and it was the perfect way to start the day. My only observation was that hot water in the shower was sometimes missing. In the middle of summer, this might be refreshing but with the recent cold weather, a cold shower in the morning was certainly eye-opening. That said, I would certainly stay at The Andy again because the pluses far outweigh the hot water issue. I look forward to returning soon.

This property was so clean and modern looking, perfect distance to centro.

Unique place. Liked the style and staff is great. Location good. Hidden little swingset on the roof was a nice break for kids but I wouldn’t say it was any more or less kids friendly than any other hotel. Open building scheme allows noise from outside to be heard and the music they play at the hotel for ambiance is sometimes annoying at night but overall not a noisy place. Windowless rooms are good to keep noise out too but with the black and white rooms with no other color inside, you can feel closed-in if staying in the room long.

With a short walk to the centro The Andy hotel was a great choice. Modern, artsy, clean and amazing service by all.

A creative colorful new hotel that has very nicely designed rooms. Personnel is attentive and cortious.

There was nothing I didn't like about The Andy. Was set up like an art gallery, a lot of the art was awesome and for sale. Have never seen a layout like this, very easy to get around on foot to many places and sites within the city.
