Carpenter St. Cottage In the Heart of St Michaels Village - Large Screened Porch

Charming cottage, highly recommend!

The property was perfect for my husband, my mother-in-law, and me. My mother-in-law was able to use the first floor bedroom and bath so she did not have to do stairs. The screened in porch provided a private early morning spot for reading. My husband and me rode the classic bikes provided. We hadn’t ridden for years and tested out the old saying about remembering how to ride! The location was perfect for looking at the harbor, eating at local restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely rent this house again!

Love the location of this cute Cottage. Was within walking distance to everywhere. Lots to see and do in St Michaels. Great weekend getaway for two to four people. Cottage has everything you need for yours stay away from home

Very large two bedroom with multiple seating areas, large fully equipped kitchen, about two minute walk to the bay. Michaels is a wonderful town and we highly recommend the Carpenter Street cottage

This house is perfect for a stay in Saint Michaels. It is close to everything and gives you the old Saint Michaels charm that you expect. Could not have asked for more!

Perfect location for relaxing near the water. Close to restaurants, cute stores, and friendly residents. We enjoyed the screened patio for coffee in the morning, the back yard chairs for a glass of wine while watching squirrels and birds. We feel refreshed. Thank you, Tom.

We visited 106 Carpenter Lane staying 2 nights in early March. Tom’s home provided us with an opportunity to relax and enjoy the off season quiet of the village and waterfront. We found the first floor with its bonus/dining room, kitchen, bedroom (queen) and small, but full, bathroom more than sufficient. Additionally, there are two comfortable cozy sitting/living rooms on the first floor that can provide privacy. Tom has done an amazing job of “rehabbing” an older, tired structure into an inviting modernized space. If you have the opportunity to visit St Michaels, we highly recommend that you consider staying at Tom’s home at 106 Carpenter.
