Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fredericksburg South (I-95), VA

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly. Only complaint is the other people in hotel blasting music at 3am and kids running around stomping feet.

The hotel is old we stay there about 5 years ago said we never stay there again forgot we stayed there But it was a long drive so we stayed Paper supposed to have a nonsmoking Room and it smelled like smoke we ask for another Room the person at the desk was great but the next Room stunk a different smell what was burning my nose was supposed to have a nonsmoking Room and it smelled like smoke we ask for another Room the person at the desk was great but the next Room stunk a different smell what was burning my nose and watering my eyes,and it wasnt mold ir dog.. it seemed more like a Clarion ,days inn etc.

The staff at check in was rude. I was yelled at and was made out to look like a liar. She then left as soon as her relief cam in. Her relief at least attempted to try to fix the issues.... I would give-10 stars if I could!!!!!

upon entering the room on march 31st the room was too cold so i attempted to turn on the heat. i was informed that the hotel management turns the heat setting on all the room thermostats to OFF. no matter what you do the heat does not come on in your room. the desk attendant arrived at my room with a noisy portable heater and a blanket and she shut off the air conditioner which was running only cold. the little heater did gradually heat the room up. what upsets me is the blatant flaw in deceiving customers this way. i totally disapprove in this type of inconsistent quality when a higher quality is advertised

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Room smelled like smoke even though we requested non-smoking.

Pot smoking hood rats throughout the place. WiFi hardly worked. Loud guests all through the night. Parking was limited. Amenities in the room were broken. Only 4 channels worked. Will never stay at that dump again.

The hotel wasn’

We were barely greeted when we got there and were never even told what room was ours. The key was made and put next to my things and nothing else was said besides I put the key next to your stuff . The lobby was dingy and dirty. The floor felt like it was going to bust through when we were walking up a ramp to our room. The sheets had stains and the bathroom had little tiny curly hairs all over it. The room smelled like mold. We will definitely not e recommending this hotel to anyone or ever staying at one of these hotels again.

Kids running up and down hall late hours, People outside your room talking loud late hours. Beds hard. only one elevator working and elevator hasn't been cleaned in a while. But the staff was great!
