The smallest room I have ever stayed in and prices vary according to with or without window BUT the cleanliness, the helpful staff and the location compensated it. Perfect stay in a great neighbourhood and easy access to central London. Definitely a 10/10 for me.

Must have had the smallest room in the hotel, don’t think it could get any smaller 😂 £180 for a stay in an old stairwell (literally). Comfy bed though and did the job.

Clean room, double bed toilet & shower. All the basics we need but nothing extra. A hairdryer would have been handy but for the price & location all good. Good location for theatre.

Bien, petit. Matelas peu confortable et sans séchoir à cheveux. Très bien situé cependant, près d'une gare centrale (trains et bus) et du Birmingham palace. Bon rapport qualité/prix !

Clean room, buzzing noise every 10 mins in the night, maybe the aircon. I think we had not quite understood that the size of the room was the size of the bed - but it was an 'economy' room and the price was ok

Hotel was the worse I’ve stayed in. I asked for an iron and was told it was their policy to go to another hotel to use their iron! No tea or coffee in the room and when I went to reception to get a coffee in the morning the machine was out of order. And the bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood! Our room was also right near reception so there was a lot of noise. On a plus (if there can be one), the air conditioning worked.

The Indian team were very pleasant and happy , as for the European woman maked me feel unwelcome and cold and should not be on the front desk. As for some of the other younger visitors need to find there moral compass of RESPECT that when you come in at 11.30pm you lower your tone of conversation and don't slam doors seriously lacking good manners !!

This is a room with a bathroom / toilet only. There are no tea / coffee making facilities, it is just a room to sleep in. The bed is only 6 feet and is wedged across the room, wall to wall so me being 6 ft 5 - I could not fit in the bed. Also there is no lift. That said - it is spotlessly clean, airconditioned, nice reception staff and only a 6 min walk from Victoria Station where you can park for £18 for 24 hours. Cheapest car park around if you use the app. The hotel is fine for 1 night stay but any more would be a struggle if you are over 6 ft. But if you just need somewhere to sleep after a night in London then it is in a great location.

I stayed here with my wife for two nights. Here’s a honest review. This was a clean Hotel. Sheets were clean and so were the towels. Room smelled fresh and so did the entire hotel. Before booking I knew it was going to be small, and it most definitely is very small. But I knew this before going. We put the suit cases under the bed. They have a free water dispenser which was helpful. Our air conditioner broke the first night and it was a little hot and we weren’t able to get it resolved till the morning so that sucked a little. You also have to go next door to use the 1 communal iron. But I can’t complain much at least they offer that amenity. So if you need something clean and cheap, stay here.

No elevator description of room was not made clear on website. I had to go downstairs to get amenities like remote control for TV ,hair dryer ,key did not work had to get a new key and remote did not work had to go up three flights of steps and down three flights of steps again The front desk staff were kind especially Raj .

Hotel is good if you are on a budget. Rooms are small and basic. Beds have seen better days. Hotel is very noisy with paper thin walls, you can hear people walking round above and in the rooms on the same floor. Constantly woken up by foreigners talking/laughing/screaming loudly or running between rooms and slamming doors. Also when I first got into my room, it was like walking into a freezer. It was -1c outside and the window had been left open. The bedding was damp and the room never warmed up as you have no control over the temp in the room. If you are a backpacker then stay here as it should be listed as a hostel instead of a hotel.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight concert stay. Unfortunately there was tube noise being in the windowless rooms and the corridor lights remained on so there was a lot of light into the room. Great air con and bathroom. Would stay again, maybe not in the basement rooms !

It was a truly terrible experience; the room was a cramped little box—I felt completely stifled—and the bathroom was tiny, not to mention the shower. What’s more, I had been shown three room options—small, medium, and large—and paid for the largest one, yet they gave me a small one. Such disappointing service.
