Happy with the overall experience one small issue with the breakfast, room was supposed to have come with breakfast, but the hotel said it didn't.

Very comfortable and clean. Easy acess to transport. Plenty amenities around. Great overall stay

Ideal hotel for a few days exploring London with the underground nearby. Hotel was clean and well sanitised.

Location is perfect; a minute walk to Gloucester Rd tube station, Earl’s Court and South Kensington within walking distance, plenty selection of restaurants nearby. The housekeeper named Cristina always ensured my room spotless clean. Carpets and interior very dated and require improvement. But overall it’s pleasant stay.

This Hotel is in a wonderful location. Loads of really nice restaurants and bars around. The rooms and the furniture in the rooms are a bit tired and they need to be refurbished. Every staff member I met was really nice and I felt very welcome.

Flew to London from Australia at short notice for a bereavement. Arrived at 8am and was given an early check in with no fuss and a very good rate due to low demand due to Covid-19 . Hotel is comfortable and in a great location for amenities and Heathrow.

We were given an executive room thankfully. Standard rooms look very tired.

Not good at all as going by the name of holiday inn 1. Average room 2. No soaps and toothpaste etc in room 3. I had booked ROOM FOR THREE BUY THERE WAS NO SEPERATE BED FOR MY KID 4 breakfast was below average . I recommend that it’s worth not have any meals from this hotel. 5. Staff serving the meal was bit over arrogant. That should be kind as they should understand that they are keeping the great hotel’s name at stake. 6 I requested for extra bed and receptionist told me that he will call me , he never came came back .

Location is 2 mins from Gloucester Road tube served by circle, district and piccadilly lines. Choice of bars pizza express burger king tesco metro and a big waitrosevall by tube station or wihin 5 mins. Price was great at touch over 300 for a week in a very comfortable executive room. Spotlessly clean throughout. Only dlight downfall from 9/10 to 8 is restauraunts and bar shut though on site pub open, and food was expensive for what was sub weatherspoons standard - though the pub itself is fine. But otherwise great. Reception staff also took in 2 packages for me from amazon for a couple of items I had forgotten. Definitely would stay again next time in London.
