it was a really nice, clean hotel in a great location. right between 2 great beaches that you can walk to. staff was really good too.

this hotel has definitely been one of the best hotel I've stayed in! From what I know it is one of the newest hotel around the area. The price you pay is definitely worth the buck! Nice rooms, clean bathroom, free amenities such as gym, pool, breakfast, free wi-fi, and even drinks at your hotel room! The room itself have nice cozy feel, with interiors […] mimicking a sailor-theme. I cannot tell you how beautiful the place is!!! it just is! The only catch of this hotel is that it doesn't have a direct access to the beach and you had to walk around 2-3 minutes going to the beach. small catch for a good place! But there was an instance when they had to charge us for an extra person who stayed in the room. We were 3 person in the room thinking that one could sleep in the sofa but when they knew that there is an extra person staying in the room (compared to the usual 2 person per room) they had charged us extra payments. We agreed thinking they give us an extra bed that would come with the payment but instead we just paid and got the same set-up where my other friend still had to sleep in the sofa. So check with the hotel first before making reservations. But all in all, it is a recommendable hotel for it's price, quality and location! Devamı

Near the beach, but no beach views. Busy road next to the nice open air restaurant. Nice pool. Very clean.

Location was ok. Short walk to beach. Restaurants further walk away. Rooms were nice n clean. Elevator not in operation yet. Breakfast is bad. Service attitude of staff needs improvement. Wifi and tv signal are poor too.

As the hotel was just opening when we arrived and was still unfinished, there were a few issues with work ongoing and workers allover the place,hence a 3 for condition or maintenance of the hotel. The rooms are lovely as are the bathrooms. There was no food available apart from breakfast which was very expensive for what there was. again this was because […] of the fact the hotel was just opening. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away which is good as there is only room for 9 sunbeds around the pool which will cause problems when the place fills up. The walk down to the beach and town is quite dangerous as there are no footpaths as such and as the tuk tuks charge 200 bahts per trip this can be expensive. The hotel is on a steep hill, so anyone with walking difficulties should bear this in mind. Devamı

Beautiful hotel, nice concept and decoration; the staff is very friendly and devoted, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is gorgeous (mix of asian food and continental). Great experience, will come again for sure!

esse hotel me surpreendeu demais, apesar de alguns problemas com a internet , as pessoas sao muito , mas muito prestativas, fazem tudo pra que o ospede se sinta bem ... sempre com um sorriso no rosto e uma paz de espirito muito agradavel ! o restaurante é um pouco caro em relacao aos restaurantes da rua, mas o hotel é proximo a varios , em um ponto […] nao tao barulhento como patong... eu considero o custo beneficio mais do que vantajoso !! o hotel é realmente muito bom !! tudo novo nos quartos e um serviço que tenta sempre te fazer feliz ... recomendo !!! Sugar Marina Resort was a nice hotel. The room wasn't quite as nice as in the pics, some small details were sloppily done (e.g. som parts of the walls in the bathroom seemes to be a bit carelessly painted), no big deal tho. The view from our room was nothing to brag about, a dirty road and a building site. However, those are just details. Newly opened, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, perfectly situated on a hill within 5 min walking distance to 2 beaches, close to a small supermarket, massage parlors and restaurants. The hotel has a nice pool area, an airconditioned gym, facing downtown and The Big Buddha in the distance. The breakfast buffet was a mix of Asian dishes and more european […] style with toast, marmelade, yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit. The room was nice and cleaned daily, one odd thing in our room was the wall between bathroom/toilet and bedroom, which was more of a screen than a proper wall, so it didn't offer that much privacy... Hotellet er nyt, dog langt langt fra færdig bygget. Der er problemer med varmt og koldt vand og elevatoren dur ikke. Så dette er bestemt ikke til gangbesværede!!!! Sengene er hårde som sten og måtte bede om en ekstra dyne så vi kunne bare lidt bedre. Bestilte værelse med havudsigt, men man kan slet ikke se vandet. Hotellet ligger i et område hvor det […] mildest talt stinker af kloak :-( det var bestemt ingen service, da vi skulle forlade hotellet efter tre dage, spurgte jeg om de ville ringe efter en taxa?? Nixen, den måtte vi selv ned og finde en nede af gaden. Så alt i alt vil dette være et sted jeg vil vælge fra !!!!! Ik pengene værd !!!!! Devamı
