I travel a lot and have the good fortune to stay in many nice hotels, but this might be one of the more interesting hotels I have ever stayed at. It is new and has wonderful and interesting decor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything about the hotel seemed so ultra-trendy and fun. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was only there one […] night, so my experience is limited, however it will be my top choice when I am back through Sydney. My only wish was that there was some way to make my room lighter if I wanted it. The room was very dark, but I think it was part of the mood. Nice, but I do enjoy the light too. Devamı

All is gd except that u needa be careful to lookout ror the hotel signage since its tiny.

We got upgraded to a better room for nothing which was nice.the rooms are quiet and very nicely done up.the location is fantastic , across the road from the Queen Victoria building.only bad thing is the in room dining , not very much of a choice for breakfast and it was a bit expensive.Also asked for a tip which I don't really mind except the guy bringing […] up my room service is probably earning more than me on a Sunday.Well worth the money , we loved it Devamı

Found this new hotel on Expedia and it looked interesting. Well, were we impressed. Quirky Goth/Art Deco type interior. Out there and very different. Top quality furnishings and staff were very helpful and friendly at check-in. Room was very quiet and the bath was lovely. For a 7 week old hotel. this place is rocking!! We had breakfast on the Sunday […] and walked upstairs not knowing what to expect and the place was buzzing. i reckon there were around 10 chefs and about the same number of staff buzzing around. All staff were busy and very attentive. A pleasure to stay and would highly recommend for a romantic getaway. Devamı

for a new hotel lights were not working bath tub was rusty,and room and bathroom was to bim lit .

The hotel staff were excellent and helpful, Rooms were near the lift and could sometimes hear lift during the night, our window view was of another concrete building, so no view would be the best way to describe it, this didn't concern us as we were not in the room during the day as out seeing the sights. Our real only complaint was that this hotel […] has the older style of airconditioning and when left on at night was extremely noisy, and if we turned it off the room got very hot. also would be nice if they had the choice of have instant coffee not just the expresso machine thing. This hotel has the potential to be the place to stay in Sydney. However we arrived on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm check in was supposed to be at 2pm, and didn’t get into the room until3.30pm. Our bags weren't delivered to our room until 5.10pm. I was desperate for clean clothes and my wife her medication. We both tried to call Reception and Concierge […] dozens of times to request our luggage but the phone rang out on all occasions. I can only describe the service on that day as chaotic! Also we had ordered a Sunday newspaper and never received it. The QT looks good but doesn't deliver on basic services which people expect from a large city hotel. I would say we have experienced better service from some motels we've stayed at. And to top our experience off, when I checked my bank account the QT had charged me a second time for the room, when I had paid in full up front several days before.
