This hotel was much better than I expected. The hotel rooms are newer and well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and acted like they enjoyed their work. I'd have to search to find any complaint with what was offered. . . . The only thing that would prevent me from staying here again is that I enjoy in room dining, which this hotel does not […] have. I loved staying at this hotel. One of the nicest I've stayed at in a while. I travel a lot for business, so I familiar with how hotels are usually setup and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel is. Super clean, amazingly friendly staff, and the rooms are great.

Whatever staff training program being used by this property should be replicated everywhere. Absolutely superior staff attention and actions.

This property is extremely nice! Very clean, nice, modern rooms! My only wish is that this chain would upgrade their cable. The channel line up is very limited and male oriented as there were mostly sports and news channels to watch. Other than that, I would most definitely stay again!

The hotel was located in a great place to visit 6th Street, Lake Austin and other local sites. The service was great, the room was big and comfortable. Overall, great experience.

It was more than I expected. This is a new hotel a block away from the Austin Convention center, literally surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous, although the glass bathroom door (beautifully frosted) wasn't much of a sound barrier to what was happening in the bathroom :) We had a good laugh. […] The beds were incredibly comfortable -- Loved it! Extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was very good and the selection was great. Granddaughter in Tennis Tournament hotel close enough to go in-between matches to rest. Several nice restaurant within walking distance. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed it. The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is only a few blocks from 6th st and the rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. I know it doesnt have a rooftop pool but it was great for the convenience and price.

Service - nonexistent...paid to valet park, got to carry our own bags. Breakfast was lousy. Thermostat in room did not work, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food selection was lousy! Best thing about this hotel is leaving it to go somewhere else nearby.

Loved staying at the Hyatt Place since I could walk less than a block to the convention center and then safely walk to some fun places like the Elephant Room and restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Very close to the 6th street and all the fun. The shampoo and the lotion were not new. Iron was broken. Shower grout was dirty. Construction around the hotel is noisy. Too expensive (room + parking) for what you getting.

This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. We walked everywhere except to SoCo, took a short cab ride. Even […] printed our boarding passes in the lobby. Only complaint we had was that we were on the 6th floor and could hear sirens and street noise. Wish we would have gone with a higher floor but we didn't complain to the hotel. Devamı

The complimentary breakfast had varied choices. The location was within walking (or staggering) distance from street fair and nightlife scene. Extremely comfortable bed and large TV. Free wi-fi a definite plus. TV controller did not work well. In house parking was convenient upon arrival but inconvenient when garage became full, somewhat overpriced […] for inadequacies. I really liked the hotel, as well as the people working there. I was a bit bummed that the pool was tiny and inside, and would have loved room service. Overall I'd rate it as a 4 star hotel :-)

very expensive very few amenities no access to water or drinks except in lobby for alot of money,shower drain was clogged light switches did not work phone did not work,remote for tv was very slow

New hotel, exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, reasonable rate. Excellent location for touring downtown area. Complimentary breakfast disappointing. Self-parking $23 per night!!! A/C in room did not funtion well.

The hotel is well situated, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the best thing was the service. Compared to literally hundreds of other hotels I've stayed in over the years, this had the best customer service of them all. I was amazed at how well the entire staff has been trained. Overall Good! But there was construction going on next door that started at 3am and woke us up. It would have been nice if they would have taken that into consideration & put us on the other side of the hotel especially since they were not real busy.

Loved the hotel. Right downtown. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The customer service was 4 seasons-esque. Will definitely be back. Only possible negative comment is that we did not have shampoo when we first arrived. Everything else was top notch.

It was great to stay so close to the Action of Austin. This hotel is a bit far from the 6th Street activities, but there are great restaurants right next door and it is close to the park and trails.

Would stay there again...but bathroom door allows too much light..disturbs other person who is sleeping

Overall, very pleased with the hotel stay, Price, service and location are great.The AC vent over the bed is unfortunate as it blasts cold air right on you while you are sleeping and the staff isn't super familiar with the area yet - but they were extremely welcoming.
