Central Station Hostel Barcelona - Barselona

It is not a hotel but a hostal in a true sense.The room that was booked was not available, was given another room for extra money.The room was next to the street so was noisy all the night. Can't say much more than just stay away from it.

the service was very bad!!! they said that no one can go into my room and if some one visits me they need to give their passport + pay some money!!! since it was a business trip we needed to go over some docs and the hotel actually asked for money for that. there was no door for the shower. no hitting and the hotel was very cold. after a few min they […] told me i have booked a room with shared bathroom and needed to move. since in the booking there was no description of the shower i assumed the room has a shower. due to all of that i left the hotel and found something else. Barcelona is very affordable when it comes to everything buy living accomodations, b/c of high demand rentals are pricy...The hostel is a dumphole, but nothing is even close in the price range in the vicinity, so pick your poison, good for buddies get away or backpackers, make sure not to plan romantic getaway there, that for sure...Location, once again […] solid, the place though dirty nad terrible. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better. The rooms were very run down and not very clean. I used my own sheets and had to request clean towels as the ones in the room were not clean. I stayed in cheaper places that were ten times better. The staff should be ashamed to work there. It is also very loud out on the street but I had to keep the window […] open since it was so warm. Creepy, dingey location and on the bad side of town. Noisy and hot rooms. Not worth the money paid as the following night I found a great pension on La Ramblas which was cheaper, cleaner and more private.

We had a booking reserved, we saw the room and literally ran away from that place. The bathrooms were dreadful and all the environment of the hostel was way too scary. This was almost the end of a good time in barcelona.

it is a halfway restructured old building with mould allover, halfway painted walls, smelly rooms, no housekeeping service and ridiculously priced. DONT GO, it is a rip off. I have stayed allover the world and work since 15 years in hospitality: what is offered here is unacceptable!

I'm not sure this Hotel fulfils the legal rules for hotels. There are no doors between the bed and the toilet. It was placed next to the bed. Extremely poor quality. Staff helpful

Staff was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude. The room did not have very good internet access, but they let me use the internet from the reception area. It was a bit on the cold side, ideal temperature for sleeping. Room was quite small.

I'm not the kind of person that leaves reviews but thought I'd give everyone a favor and say something about this place! I always choose cheap places to stay when I travel as I only need a clean place to shower and sleep, I'm always out. I've stayed in all kind of hostels in different cities but never seen anything like that. First of all they advertise […] themselves as central station hostel, you're not gonna find it under this name, in fact the only sign is a bit of A4 paper saying : Pansion on the door. after arrival I was told that if I want to pay by card they're gonna charge me extra ?!!! after that we were shown to our room. Asked and paid for a three bed room, got a single room with 2 double beds in it. dirty walls, a wardrobe that to prevent falling over was placed against the wall at an angle, from the light above the mirror there was just some cables hanging down, TV not working, no heating. Toilets - dreadful and dirty as I had never seen before. That place should just get shut for a health and safety check, then either closed down or refurbished. Regret that I didn't take any photos to post, I never complain but please, choose somewhere else to stay, millions of places in Barcelona - great city, worth visiting most defo Devamı

Nice-sized room and helpful staff in a great location. But this is where the good review ends. The shower was ALWAYS cold and the TV didn't work in my room. This would be fine because I didn't come to Barcelona to be in my room, but this way way overpriced for a hostel.

I was only passing through Barcelona and just wanted a place to stay, so I did not need much. So lets mention the positive first. Relatively cheap(short notice, tourist season), room with own bathroom was clean, but I felt uncomfortable with the sheets.. and the staff was very helpful and pleasent. ..Then the negative, for a short stop it was out of […] my way from the train station, in a dodgy neighbourhood, yet close to the Rambla, absolutely no privacy from hallway or other rooms... Vi hade förväntat oss betydligt högre standard. Vi insåg i grevens tid att man behövde ha egna lakan och handdukar, det framgick ingenstans. Standarden var mycket låg.

Hostelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla, mutta siihen ne hyvät puolet jääkin. Yleiset tilat (suihku/wc) melko likaisia koko ajan. Olimme siis huoneessa jossa ei ollut omaa suihkua eikä wc:tä. Hostellin pitäjät osasivat englantia jonkin verran, mutta alkoivat jossakin vaiheessa kuvaamaan meitä käytävällä aina sisään tullessa. Maksu yöpymisestä suoritetaan […] paikalle tullessa emmekä me ainakaan kuittia saaneet, joten ei tehnyt mieli paljon omistajia suututtaa. Lisäksi viereisen huoneen naapurit kokeilivat joka kerta huoneemme ovea josko se olisi auki (lukossa pidettävä ihan koko ajan). Myös suihkussa ollessa joku koputti ja koitti kahvaa melkein joka kerta (naapurit vai hostellin pitäjät?) Kaikki tavarat pysyivät kuitenkin tallessa ja muuten loma oli hyvä! Devamı

Il prezzo è molto buono e competitivo....peccato che la prima stanza in cui siam stati aveva secondo noi le lenzuale già usate e poi il muro divisorio con l'esterno non arrivava fino in cima,ma mancava circa un metro,quindi la stanza era fredda e si sentivano tutti i rumori che venivano dal bagno in comune subito fuori la stanza. Poi per fortuna siam […] riusciti a farci dare un'altra stanza e questa era molto meglio....insomma prima stanza valutata 3 su 10 mentre la seconda 7 su 10. Huoneemme oli varusteltu paremmin, kuin mikä oli ennakolta sovittu. Positiivinen yllätys siis. Huoneet olivat todella kylmiä, mutta saimme pyydettäessä lisää peittoja sekä lämmittimen huoneeseen. Hotellissa kuului äänet pahasti läpi, joten välillä kuului öisin ääniä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja toteutti kaikki toiveemme. HOtellin siisteys oli ok, […] joskin pienellä vaivalla paikasta saisi paljon viihtyisämmän. La ramblalle oli toodella lyhyt matka ja aivan kulman takana oli mm. ihana kauppahalli. Käytiin tyttöjen kanssa hostellilla ja päätimme lähteä. Hostelli oli erittáin pelottavan näkönen ja henkilökunta oli töykeätä.

Detta är inget hotell. Man delar badrum med övriga gäster. Det fanns flera badrum så det gick ganska bra. Prisvärt men det ligger på ett mycket skumt område. Akta dina väskor, plånbok och var rädd om dig själv.

Schrecklich!! Diese Zustände würde ich niemandem zumuten.. Es gibt in Barcelona Hotels, welche im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis tausenmal besser sind. Vielerorts sogar günstiger!!

le camere sono molto piccole, alcune hanno il bagno in comune e quelle camere che hanno il bagno è piccolissimo... ho visto anche una camera se la possimo chiamre cosi in una specie di ripostiglio..

L'hotel est en plein cœur de la ville ce qui est plutôt pas mal, mais le parking de l'hôtel est assez cher et pas a côté de l'hôtel, pas pratique. Sinon c'est une véritable auberge de jeunesse, avec ses inconvénients, chambres petites et spartiates, beaucoup de bruit. Mais pour un court séjour c'est une option.

Nous avons été déçus car cet hôtel était décrit comme un 2 étoiles et personne ne pourrait attribuer une seule étoile à cet établissement. Propreté et confort laissent à désirer. De plus une surtaxe de 18€/pers est demandée. Le petit déjeuner est servi dehors en toute saison, les nuits sont assez bruyantes. Toutefois il est idéalement situé près des […] remblas. J'ai passé 2 nuits non consecutif dans l'hotel, la 1ere nuit, la chambre était propre, les sanitaires etaient correcte, mais pour la 2eme nuits, l'hotel etait plein pourtant j'avais réservé et je suis arrivé a 16 h, et j'ai l'impression qu'ils vont ca régulierement, donc ils m'ont mis dans une chambre d'un hotel voisin et franchement c'etait l'horreur, […] la chambre n'etait pas propre, il y avait une odeur d'humidité et les sanitaires n'etaient pas propre du tout. De plus, pour payer la chambre ils souhaitent que ca soit en espèce sinon on paye 2 euros de plus par CB. Devamı

De buurt lijkt onveilig en de ingang ziet er armoedig uit. Gelukkig was het receptie personeel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was ook comfortabel en schoon.
