Staff was on a higher level than what I've experienced in other hotels here. Everyone spoke functional English in the absolute least.

newer hotel with eating places and grocery store across the street. rooms were clean and bed was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Surrounding neighborhood was the only 1 I felt safe in in D.R. Beach access would of been nice although we never got a chance to take the shuttle to the beach which we were told was close by.

Better than what we expected. Very clean, good service, we only had breakfast there and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean. Bed very comfortable. Location very convenient, close to restaurants and shops, as well as airport. Service was excellent.

The hotel was in great condition, everything you could ask for. Staff was friendly and helpful, pool and gym were nice and well kept.

My stay was short, but it was great. My only con is that the bed's were very firm. This may be great for some people but I did not care for them. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My stay was very short, but I can tell you that the service provider during my 3 day stay was excellent. it could not have been any better. I recommend this property to those that want to sleep like a baby!!!

We arrived in the Dominican Republic after a LONG and VERY GRUELING day of travel, customs, and little sleep. We had to take three different planes to our destination with all that goes with that (delays, layovers, and sitting smushed together for hours). To take a taxi a mile to the 4-Points Sheraton was a blessing, to say the least. We had no idea […] what awaited us there. It could have been a run-down hotel in Punta Cana, but it was a true Sheraton Hotel with every amenity! We needed to be "taught" to use our room keys to use the elevator and to turn on the lights in our room - I told the young man that I was too dumb to stay at their hotel! I have never seen these keys even in the USA! The staff was very kind, though. The restaurant was delicious with great service. They even made my husband eggs after the breakfast time had expired. We enjoyed our short stay there and have already recommended it to other people at our convention at the Hard Rock Resort. My only complaint was the bed. I awoke in terrible pain many times during the night, so a better pillow top mattress would work better with arthritis. We sleep on a Select Comfort/Sleep Number bed at home, and we are quite spoiled, I guess. Overall, it was a GREAT experience and included a shuttle to the airport the next day to catch our convention shuttle. Devamı

We stayed here for a night before flying back to NY and I have to admit, the newness of the building was very impressive with regard to the quality of the hotel. Very clean and had a nice bed with a small layout. The only negative is, if you have a joined room, the walls are very thin and the people next to us had kids = hard to sleep. Another nice […] part about the hotel is the shuttle service. They will take you to several different nice beaches and airport for free. Needless to say... Nice hotel good service desk personal. Quick and efficient personal. Didn't use the hotel restaurant or bar. Ate across the street in the at a nice little place. There are a few to select from. The pool was very cold and my partner would not go in with me. Not good for romance. We had a wonderful stay. We loved the gym. Everything worked was clean and completely new. Excellent! Wifi was awesome very fast never lost service. Restaurant had great service. Shuttle to private beach was on time and driver very plesant and knowledgeable. Definitely will return for another stay.

Nichts negatives. Frühstück mit 20 USD zu teuer. Geeignet für Leute, die einen Mietwagen haben.

Ein blitzsauberes Hotel ganz nahe beim Flughafen Punta Cana. Man benötigt aber trotzdem ein Taxi für etwa 10 US$ um da hinzukommen. Zwecks Durchreise oder Geschäftsreise wäre das meine erste Wahl. Das Hotel hat einen ordentlichen Fitnessraum und einen kleinen Pool. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, hatte kostenloses WiFi und man konnte sogar europäische Sender […] inklusive DW-TV sehen. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die lobenden Kritiken, die ich vorher über das Hotel gelesen hatte, erwiesen sich für mich als keineswegs übertrieben. Devamı
