Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so not a lot of street noise, but if you are looking for a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants... and night life, this isn't it. Co-located with a decent Italian restaurant that seated us both nights of our stay even though they had large tour groups there (and on Monday night when they were officially closed!--so great customer service). We had a family room with 2 br and a sofa bed with kitchenette (though 2 burner stovetop did not seem to work, it didn't inconvenience us). Plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults with 2 adult children. Internet service, while included in our rate, was spottty--only a few bars and inconsistent signal. The breakfast was great with variety of cold meats and cheese, as well as breads, cereals, eggs, sausage/bacon and fresh fruit. Very good value for the money.
