all in all was a pleasent experience. staff were more than helpful. if you have problems with stairs stay in the main building on the bottom floor as thats where breakfast and afternoon tea is served. above average breakfast and lots of goodies with your tea. close to walking trails which take you to the village in about 5 minutes.

Gorgeous little lodge, very homie and very friendly staff. An definitely going back again. Sun Peaks is amazing.

The staff are what made this hotel spectacular. Richard went out of his way to ensure that the guests had everything they needed. I overheard him talking to a group of teenage boys telling them about the activities that were available for them. Then he walked over and told a young family what was available. He then came over to my partner and I and […] let us know what was available. He made sure that everyone felt welcome. When I got back in the afternoon I noticed there wasn't any hot water and I called the front desk about this and the problem was fixed immediately! I was impressed by that and Richard, yet again, came over when he saw me and thanked me for letting him know about it. The other staff members we ran into were also super friendly. The tea between 3:30-5:00 everyday with snacks is a great touch too. A nice break after a day of skiing. Can't say enough good things about this place. It really was a great place to stay. Thanks so much to the staff for making this a relaxing vacation. Can't wait to go back! Devamı

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in staff are pleasant and helpful. The only negative is the surprise $16/person "resort fee" that you must pay upon your arrival. Our hotel rate went from $89/night to $123/night because of this charge. So be aware of this!!

The staff at the Pinnacle Lodge was extremely helpful and very kind. Afternoon tea was AMAZING after a long day of boarding! Very impressed with our experience!

Richard, Cindy, Kaylanny, Brook, and Tom do all they can to make you feel like you are in a home away from home. I was concerned in the past about not having cooking facilities in the room, but they provide an outdoor grill, a microwave, dishes and utensils, and welcome you to use the dining area during the afternoon and evening. This extension of the […] common area has created an ambiance that brings everyone together in a community setting at the end of each ski day. Very comfortable friendly place to stay off the beaten path at Sun Peaks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was great with cosy fireplace and beautiful balcony overlooking the trail to the village. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is very nice close to the hills the provide lots of things to do but the breakfast sucks and is not really for young crowd. But staff is nice. It would be a lot better if kitchen was open all day it's hard to get snaks there and staff tends to through out your pizza plus paying 16$ per person per day should get the kitchen open

I was my first time up at Sun Peaks, It was a little frustrating locating the lodge but once you find it and you get greeted its no any ordinary check in. Richard our host apologized right of way for the inconviniance but made it up the rest of our stay. The service is beyond any stay in any place I\ve stayed. Rate was misrepresented on our booking. There was an extra daily "resort fee" per person which covered BREAKFAST, tea and use of the Internet. Our confirmation stated that BREAKFAST was included. The situation was uncomfortable for both guest and management when checking-in.

Beautiful hotel, AMAZZINNG room! Best hotel bathroom I have ever had in my room, but the best part was the staff. Richard the desk man is the most friendly and helpful staff member I encountered in the whole SunPeaks. Keep up the good work guys!!

The room was lovely, comfortable and the hotel is admist beautiful surroundings. What made the stay here really wonderful was the staff. They were so hospitable. Each and every one. We enjoyed our stay. Check in is informal, friendly and feels like a time share sale. We had to ask to be show to our room as we were tired. We did not know about the mandatory $16/person per day feel. Expedia showed that the breakfast was included in the price listed but there is a charge per person at the hotel...This is Expedia's fault not the hotel....so […] read all the conditions on the side of the hotel information guide. The breakfast is part of the extra fee that you have no choice but to pay. The breakfast is all you can eat and the fee also includes and afternoon tea and snacks. The village is accessible on a walking path and is no more than 15 mins round trip. Nice views from the breakfast room...overall a nice stay. Devamı

We had a beautiful room with fireplace and balcony. Staff were excellent and made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. Located a short ten minute walk from the village. Very nice location and peaceful at night. Great value for the money and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Place was wonderful and very laid back! Service and hospitality was amazing and the beauty of the building and area was amazing. I have traveled much of North America and must say WOW! If you are staying anywhere within 200k it is a MUST place to STAY! Thanks so much Richard for the wonderful stay!
