It was a great hotel close to mall and restaurants and very close to the skate rink that we were in town for my daughter's performance. Staff very kind. We ended up staying an additional night because Minot got hit with a foot of snow. They were very accommodating. Nice hot/cold breakfast in the morning.

After leaving our previous destination a day early; I found this hotel at 7PM and checkin 2 hours later. The hotel is located on the west edge of town and was easy to find, It's close to the mall and the highway. Check-in was quick and easy with no problems. There was plenty of parking in a lighted parking lot as well. The hotel is fairly new and the […] room looked brand new still; and clean. It had a nice big desk and dresser. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a good nights rest. They have continental breakfast as well with hot eggs, sausage, and french toast. They also had make your own waffles and the muffins, toast and cereal bar as well. It was a very good selection. No problems with this hotel and would stay again. Devamı

Can not say enough nice things about this hotel, so clean and beautiful. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and the bedding was lovely. The only thing that was a downfall was the service at breakfast, a lot of items were empty and took a long time to replenish. Front desk staff was SUPER friendly. We were very disturbed by the ruckus that occurred in the room above us on both nights of our stay. On our next visit we will stay on a top floor to avoid this and suggest that the booking people but teenagers on the lower floors.Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel, but the cleaning staff missed doing our room after our first night. Very friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was fulfilling. Room are adequate size. Pool is a bit small but great for small children.

The staff was eager to greet you as you walked into the lobby. The lobby and breakfast area were so beautifully decorated and kept neat. The hotel main entrance and lobby had a home-feeling to it. The Hotel was really nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Lots of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of shopping..The few staff we talked to, calling to change rooms and when we arrived were […] very rude. Booked a double queen room. It was not QUEEN BEDS they were two double beds. Approached front desk after checking in showed my slip that stated I book a double queen room, asked girl at front desk if room 101 was a double queen room she stated it was, I proceeded to tell her there is two double beds int he room not two queen beds. She did not to seem […] to concerned about this so I asked her if the price was the same for a room with two double beds compared to to queen beds and her rude reply was yes of course. This is our first time staying at this hotel & my wife's first trip to Minot..The hotel was one of the best, if not the best we have stayed it..We really enjoyed the hot tub & swimming pool options..The breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed the waffles..This was the first time my wife tried homemade waffles & she loved them. She said she knows […] what she will have the next time she comes here. This hotel is only one of the country inn and suites that we stayed at. It was the nicest because it was the newest. However it was a great hotel because of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the pool area. We will only be staying at Country Inn And suites from now on Im sure.

The room and all the surroundings inside this hotel were second to none. Very clean. However, I thought it rather odd that the area designated for guests to smoke was never cleaned and made a poor impression when entering the hotel. Brand new tables that were never cleaned and chairs that were dirty. I am a smoker and do realize that smoking is a dirty […] habit and would never consider smoking indoors. Why do I have to smoke in a dirty area outdoors in a brand new hotel? I am not talking about butts being scattered all over the patio because there were proper disposal units provided for this that were used. I am talking about providing a clean area to relax with your coffee while you have your puff! I suggest that the cleaning staff should be cleaning this area everyday as they do the rest of their regular cleaning. Devamı

Good except for the lack of maid service. We had to ask them to clean the room the second afternoon when we returned to the hotel for the night. They had skipped us!

Everything was great, continental breakfast had a lot of variety, including both hot and cold items. Beds were super comfy, room clean, decore was nice. Only complaint was one desk clerk who when asked a question was less that cheerful or pleasant in providing a useless answer.

This was a new hote only open about 2 months or so. The hot tub jets didn't work hardly, the pool area wasn't that clean, ran out of towels twice.Other than the rooms seeming smaller than the previous Country Inn and Suites rooms we have satyed at the Hotel was great..Except the one realy annoying thing was the room key card had to be re-programed at […] least four times during or two night stay. Ours and the couple we were traveling with. Not convient at all. I thought the price was high compares to other times we have stayed in Minot. Leanne Devamı
