Check in very fast as there are many counters. Room is clean and bed is very soft and comfy. The twin bed is 2 double (bigger than super single and smaller than queen size). "Value for money , comfy bed and good location"
despite the official check in time at 2-3pm, we were allowed to check in at 11am. That gave us time to have a short rest and freshen up before setting out. The location was great with Venetian mall and city of dream within in 20-15 mind walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable, room service for night snack was also great. "Great Hotel!"
This is a really beautiful hotel with great staff and great facilities. Also the first time I found really good wifi on our whole trip to China! :-) It was great to be a short walk from the Venetian. "Great Location & Good value"
We enjoyed our stay and the location is good. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and very polite and alway cheerful. A little disappointed that hotel guests were not given compliment and special price tickets to event held in the hotel location. ( eg. CSI exhibition ). Very nice, clean hotel. We stayed in the family suite which was basically 2 adjoining rooms. It had a great set up for the kids, bunk beds, tv with playstation and a game, kids own bathroom, bathrobes etc... The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it especially useful to be able to book our ferry trip back to the HK airport with the […] hotel travel agent - and they checked our luggage all the way through from Macau to our home destination so we didn't have to collect our luggage and re-check it in HK. "Great hotel in a good location @ reasonable rates"
I stayed for 3 nights at Sheraton Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. I stayed at a non-smoking floor twin sharing room and room is very clean and bigger than my expectation. The hotel has free airport transfer bus to and from the airport and the Taipai ferry ternimal. Just look out for the Yellow Bus which has the huge "Cotai Strip/Central" wordings […] on the side of the bus. I was offered free SPG membership upon arrival and was given free wifi as a result. The Sheraton Macau hotel is link to the biggest hotel in the world (Venetian) via a star bridge and is very convenient, about 10 mins walk. I felt quite safe even when I travelled back from Venetian to Sheraton around 3am. Overall, thumbs up for this hotel and I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back Macao. very enjoyable stay, hotel staff are friendly. quick checkin and checkout for SPG member. thanks for upgrade one of my room to suite.However no indoor kids facilities and few options of shuttle service for sightseeing. "Its a Good Hotel but not Sheraton standards"
Great Location, very Good Facilities.Great Breakfast ....But for a newly made hotel, it feels outdated already!!!!its not at all modern which MACAU hotels needs to be, nothing special,nothing exclusive and casino is totally dominated by only Chinese clients, dealers cant speak or understand English..!!!! If you really want to feel special then even […] today the only Choice is "Venetian" or "Galaxy" they both offer a special Theme.
