I had a great stay at La Carmella de Boracay. The place is clean and the hotel staff are really hospitable. Even hotel trainees are very friendly and courteous.

The air con was so noisy you could not sleep. It stinks like a seware main throughout the entire hotel, very overpriced for what it is, they charge you extra for beach towels. The breakfast is always cold, they have no toaster so if you want to have a bread heated you need to wait in a queue that is 20 metres long which equates to 30 minute wait for […] a toast. The many hotel staff are cadets completing a hospitality course so they have no clue on what is going on, and furthermore they not even subject to change even if you tell them they should be doing things in another way. Location of the hotel is very good.Its near the d'mall as well.Rooms are quiet big enough for two persons and comfortable.Breakfast is OK also.Cleaning is good and the staff is very helpful.The tent on the beach is kinda small for the customers and there are no parasol even for hotel customers.It will be good if there will be parasols.Overall I enjoyed […] staying in this hotel. Too many rules; Small,crowded,noisy swimming pool . Many Flipinos & Koreans in hotel. Good situation as on beach front & close to D' Mall & restaurants. Set breakfast just about adequate. Dining room crowded at breakfast time. Staff very friendly & courteous.

too many rules imposed by the hotel spelled out when you check in, and a lot of additional charges. Samples are extra charges for beach towels.Staff is courteous and helpful, though.

overall it was a nice place in a good location, freindly helpful staff nice pool. You had to pay for internet in your room , 100 pecos for an hour. The free breakfast was just ok. In our room , the balcony door could be unlocked by just jiggling it for a couple of seconds and i believe that a good theif could have opened the room door with a knife. […] there are security cameras in the hall though. Dont know if they actually work. Water pressure wasnt great, but better than alot of other places that i have stayed in the Philippines.Knowing what to expect, I believe I would stay here again! There was 5 of us to stay here with 2 being elderly. The only room to sleep us all was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order so my 85 yr old grandmother had to do the stairs! The room looked nothing like the picture and smelt bad! Actually the whole complex stunk wherever you walked. The free breakfast was disgusting and cold! We walked to […] a hotel further down to eat. If you are on a budget, this hotel is good enough to stay in Boracay. Reasonable distance to the center of the white beach and decent room to sleep at. Though I am very disappointed that we did not the exact room as shown to your website when I booked. Cleanliness is acceptable. Quality of the toilet I may have to recommend must be improved. Then since the hotel only have free wifi available at the restaurant, guest are given an option to have it at their rooms for a fee. La Carmela was a good weekend gateway hotel. Only minor disappointment was the breakfast. Our booking confirmation said "Full breakfast", however we got set meals and had to pay an additional 100 PHP per adult per day for buffet upgrade. The few from our room was onto a construction site, but it being off season and us roaming around the beaches all […] day we didn't feel like spending much time on the balcony anyways. This hotel listed amenities that they did not offer. They also tried to up charge for services that were clearly listed as included in the package we paid for. Employees of the hotel were not trained on what the hotel offered....and this definitely does meet the standards of a "resort and spa"

Had a pleasant stay at La Carmela. Staffs were friendly and approachable. However, i am not satisfied with their room cooling system and mosquitoes. They need to rectify and do the needful as soon as possible. But definitely, i will choose La Carmela de Boracay the next time i visit the island. Keep up the good work.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The set breakfast was good and provided enough to eat without having to pay more for the buffet. The location is great. We had the standard room which was simple but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

When we reached the hotel, the FO Officer do not accept I just showing my mobile confirmation and my name is not in the list. They claimed that they do not know what is hotels.com and my booking is not valid. They ask me to show booking details and I ask for borrow the PC there for me to access my email and they rejected. I was very frustrated and finally […] they ask me go for other counter to print out my email confirmation. I waited about 1hour for FO verify my booking with their reservation office. Not only that, after them verify my booking, but wrong room type they given to me. I booked 2 double bedroom, and they give me ONLY 1and with the bath room sink with no water! And we ask for changing, finally they change us to correct room type, BUT, again, the heater is not working, NO hot shower! Then we called FO again, they send technician to check and technician said it will took a day to repair it. We request to change again and they agreed. Unfortunately, the room still the heater is not working! I am very disappointed for my stay in La Carmela de Boracay Resort Hote :( Devamı

- No hair dryer in the room, not enough hooks in the athroom. There was no curtain or the edge of the town in the shower and the water was all over the bathroom. Very noisy air conditioner. + not far from the white beach, d'mool and talipapa market

ビーチ沿いにありますがビーチと面している部屋は少なくうなぎの寝床のようにメインロード方面に延びています。フロントまでトライシクが入ってこれるので楽です。ネット環境は今一、朝食付のメニューは２種類から選ぶセットメニューでブュッフェはプラスＰ１００との事でした。宿泊は２度目で安く快適に過ごせました。プールはフロント近くとビーチ沿いに２箇所ありますが共に大きくはありません。

太爛！ 服務也爛！1）整理房間要等到晚上8點才輪到我們。請求他幫我們整理一下還説＂還有其他房間要先整理＂都已走到我們隔壁還是先整理別的地方。 2）早餐卷還給你分套餐而已。如果想要buffet還要加100元。好像旅客吃不起一樣。感覺很不好。自己住了就知道！
