Surfside Boracay Resort & Spa - Boracay

The only negative was location at the end of the Boracay beach walk. Otherwise excellent room, service, hospitatlity, food. Beachfront is gorgeous, access to excursions etc no problem. A long walk to D'Mall about 20 minutes. At $90/night an excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Perfect area, nice and quiet. Food was fine but sometimes it took to long before it was served (over 45 minuts). Still the restaurant was pleasent og relaxing to sit in with the loveliest view to the sea. Best calamansijuice ever! Rooms where nice and big and clean but a bit old.

This resort is south of Boat Station 3 and is in a quiet location. It is well managed by a Japanese family (as is the dive resort and spa next door) and is superb value for money. The staff were terrific and went out of their way to be helpful. We spent 7 nights here ans I really do not know how the experience here could have been any better. My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Surfside.......it was good value for money in a convenient area in walking distance to the shops and so close to the beach. The Japanese styled restaurant was really good too. The staff were very helpful and even arranged a private transfer back to the Ferry on our last day as they found out I was not feeling too […] well. We only stayed at the hotel overnight in Dec, during peak season, we found Surfside to be what we needed after a hectic couple of nights in station 2. Surfside was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the island. The service was exceptional, very friendly staff who were very accommodating and helpful. You'll get to read many signs in the room telling u how to turn on/off tap, toilet usage, etc. Dated furniture, clean towels & simple beds. No pool. Only an eatery facing front of seaside. It's a scenic location almost end of Station 3 with more shady trees & fewer people. But not remote. Anycase, slow walk from Stations 1-3 is roughly 30 mins accessible […] on a long stretch. Супер!!!Супер сервис,спа-салон,ресторан лучший,расположен на 1-й линии (3-я станция )со своими лежаками,народу мало,удобные номера.Потрясающее обслуживание,Минус только ,что нет нормального балкона и бассейна.В остальном лучшего варианта не найти.

Very poor quality of the room. Kind staff but had no understanding for our wishes about changing room, pay for upgrade or 1 hr late check out due to illness.

さすが日系のホテルと言った感じで、サービスが行き届いております。 スタッフの方は日本人の方もおり、他に日本語を喋れる現地の方も居られるので、分からない事も日本語ですぐに聞けてとても有り難かったです。 場所はボートステーション３の更に奥まった所にあるので、観光やショッピングには少し不便ですが、人も少なく静かに過ごせるのがとても気に入りました。 ボートステーション１・２は韓国人団体客が多くいるので、五月蠅いのが苦手な人にはとても良いです。 オーナーの方もとても気さくな方で、一泊しか出来ませんでしたが、とてものんびりと過ごせました。

Nous avons passé 3 jours au Surfside Boracay Resort fin décembre 2012. L’accueil était très courtois, le personnel souriant, le cadeau et le verre de bienvenu fort sympathiques. Le resort est situé sur la partie la plus calme de la plage (station 3) ce qui est très agréable, mais vous pouvez, si vous le souhaitez, vous rendre à pied station 2 où sont […] concentrés le maximum de bars et de restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues, les salles de bain très correctes : eau chaude et froide, le linge propre. Si vous voyagez en famille, la chambre familiale dispose de la climatisation ou du ventilateur, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une télévision aux chaînes multiples, d’un sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort, 3 lits et une connexion wifi). Vous disposez de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La cuisine du restaurant est très bonne, les petits déjeuners et les plats japonais sont délicieux. L’endroit est très plaisant, la plage à deux pas, le personnel très attentionné. Le soir de Noël, nous avons diné sur la plage, c’était magique. Le resort dispose d’un club de plongée et d’un Spa, très bien conçu et complet, les massages y sont parfaits. De plus, l’hôtel accepte les cartes bancaires, ce qui n’est pas négligeable aux Philippines. N’hésitez pas à séjourner au Surfside Boracay Resort, il est très bien managé, vous y passerez un excellent séjour. En ce qui me concerne, j’y reviendrai volontiers. Devamı

We stayed at Surfside for 5 nights, we had a pleasant stay whilst there and I fully reccomend this place for couples/families who wants some piece and quiet but still in walking distance to restaurants/shopping district. The best thing with Surfside are their staff, they are incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived on the 15th of December (my birthday) […] and the hotel prepared the room for my arrival as per my partners wishes. I received flowers, delicious cake, wine and free massage voucher. Surfside has their own Spa, the Boracay massage is the best massage I have ever had! The breakfast was great, their crepes were amazing and it's just a step from the beach. I loved every minute staying there, the only downside is that they don't have a pool - but hey, who needs that when you have one of the most amazing beaches in front of you? 　オーナーはじめ、スタッフは密接したサービスでもてなしてくれました。ミニバーも手ごろな価格設定がされ、安心して手を出すことが出来ました。　ホテル内の日本食レストランの各値段も値打ちで、味はマニラの日本レストランよりおいしかったと思います。ホテルの周辺はボラカイらしさを保ち、余計な音楽や車の騒音から隔離された自然の音に囲まれた環境です。また行きたいです。
